"The receptionists especially a lady called Nora are extremely accommodating and looking after the clients. Also the cleaners are friendly! My room Superior was very large airy and super comfortable. Trains from every direction and airports are 5 min from the hotel . Also the amenities supermarkets shops boutique and the Lake are reachable by 7 minutes walk "

"The air conditioning did not work. It ran but never cooled. I slept on top of the sheets. The desk person said the air was turned on but just needed time to cool. The room was nice. Hotel is close to a oark"

"Beautiful location walking distance to citadelle and old town Besançon near breathtaking views and the gorgeous walking path along the river. The hotel had an eclectic and charming lobby/ lounge. Our room was on the ground floor of an annex type building. It was clean and simple. There is no air conditioning which was not a problem for us in early June but might be in mid summer. There is very limited parking on property and we had to find street parking which was not an easy feat - the staff...

"I stayed here for 2 nights in 4 days, same room both times so cannot comment on different room types. From the moment you walk through the entrance the welcome is very warm. Check-in quick and very friendly, glass of bubbly if that floats your boat. The hotel has the feel of a grand country house with generously sized rooms, a separate closet/ room for clothing etc and a good-sized bathroom. "The staff were polite and very helpful. The room was clean but the elevator was scary - rickety, wobbly and some very strange noises. The drain in the shower had a dodgey odour. The heating worked well and it’s a safe place to stay. "
