"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

My flight was very delayed so I arrived not long before midnight but when I emailed from Frankfurt the staff were super helpful, and made arrangements so I could let myself in however late I arrived. Very nice welcome. Highly recommended"
