"Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. We had an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend!"

"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...

The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption und dem Nachweis (Screenshot) wurde uns nach einer weiteren längeren Wartezeit ein anderes Apartment zugesagt. Im 9. Monat schwanger mit Gepäck und Kleinkind irrten wir dann ohne näherer Beschreibung durch unterirdische Gänge und Tiefgaragen auf der Suche nach dem anderen Zimmer.
