We informed the staff immediately and they moved us to another clean room promptly. The room had lots of nice features, but is missing the capability to allow guests to stream their own Netflix, or other digital media in their own language. "Had a great stay at the Sporthotel. The facilities are excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. The weather wasn’t great, but there was so much to do indoors that nobody was bored - tennis, table tennis, billiard, swimming pool, saunas, and a good gym! When the weather was good, we visited the volcanic lakes in the area - the autumn colours of the trees around were amazing in the sunshine. We informed the staff immediately and they moved us to another clean room promptly. The room had lots of nice features, but is missing the capability to allow guests to stream their own Netflix, or other digital media in their own language. I will bring my laptop with a HDMI cable next time to watch digital programs in my native language. The loction of the hotel is right across the train station which also has a taxi stand, making it great rest stop location. The parking garage is very secure and below the hotel, which can be a tight fit for larger vehicles. The breakfast was bland and I did like the self serving coffee machines. Overall, it was a good stay and will book again in the future. "
