"On business I need a nice room, good wi-fi, easy parking, breakfast and attentive staff. The Bussola provides all these. It's away from the centre of Novara, but for me that's not a drawback. There are restaurants within walking distance. Parking is close by in the street. Breakfast is as expected in Italy. There's no bar but beer and other drinks may be purchased from the reception. "I booked suite with balcony, one king size and a twin size bed, they gave me a simple king room. After insisting I got a king bed and 2 twins in one room, king being in the same room in the loft, so not the suite I was expecting. No balcony. I’m not sure they actually had the room I booked… Breakfast was included but breakfast buffet was nearly empty at 915am despite the hotel being mostly empty.
