"This was such an amazing hotel! All of the staff we spoke to was friendly, helpful, and caring. The valet team was especially wonderful and genuine during each interaction. The location is ideal and close to all things Atlanta. Getting to hot spots like Top Golf and Atlantic Station was easy. Piedmont Park is just down the street and there are about a million restaurant and bars within a 1 block radius. The only amenity I felt left something to be desired was the pool. It was pretty cold...

"I love the interior design of the hotel and how the staff, including valet, was nice and kind. I did not care for the elevator swapping, it got confusing a few times and I also seen empty can drink just sitting by the elevator. Definitely made me cringe a little because I would least expect guests would conduct themselves in that type of way but luckily I didn’t see it when I returned back to the hotel. "
