"Normally I stay in a fantastic room overlooking the water, this time I was around the side in not as nice a room, also when I checked in, I was told I had a spa suit, but no spa in my room, I did go back to reception and asked about this, and I was told, oh, yes, there is no spa in your room, a bit disappointed this time :("

"We enjoyed our stay it was clean tidy and the amenities were great for cooking if needed. It would be great to come back for a longer stay. "

"Bairnsdale Motel met my expectation. As a past local I was aware of the location in regard to the standard of the facility and safety, important as an older (83) single female. I liked being able to park under the building. I enjoyed my dinner on one of the evenings. And the shower - great hot water. It was quiet and I slept soundly until 9am and 10am. Check in was pleasant and staff friendly during the stay when just passing nearby. I make the following comments to make staff aware rather...

"A 4star experience. Would be 5 star except there was no microwave ( apparently in any apartment) and no breakfast bowls (with no breakfast supplied). "

"Over all the property catered to all our needs,beds were very comfortable,kitchen well equipped . The only problem I found was the toilets found it difficult to close the door in downstairs area. A design error. "
