"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"The room was listed as having a king and a queen bed, but there was only one bed. The property blamed hotels.com for having the wrong information in the list. They took care of this by giving us an additional room. However, a full month after my stay I was charged a second time for some unknown reason and the hotel does not answer their phone, return calls, nor reply to emails to resolve the issue."

Lots of activities going on for the children, a super pool and that doesn’t get too busy and lots of sunbeds available poolside or outdoors. You also get a book of vouchers to use around the shops and activities in the village. Perfect spot for our Kranjska Gora adventure! "
