"We stayed for a night and had a wonderful time. The check-in was smooth and the reception staff were very friendly. Our room was so nice: the bed was big and comfortable, the room was really quiet, the shower was large, and there were shampoos/ conditioner/ body wash from Rituals. We had food at the Bistro which wasn't the cheapest (about 25 euros each), but the food was really good. If you want to eat in the restaurant then you need a reservation, but then you don't get to enjoy the patio...

"Our stay at INNSiDE in Aachen was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was a little bit underpowered but otherwise no issues with the facilities. The breakfast buffet in the rooftop restaurant was a highlight - huge food selection and beautiful views! A great base for exploring the city and surrounding area for our long weekend in Aachen."

"I really love this hotel as it’s very easy accessible plus there is always ample, free parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful and genuinely seem pleased to serve you and check in is always quick and efficient. The rooms are a great size and the bathrooms are big with a separate shower and bath. "Place is very cool and modern, room was wonderfully spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was fantastic and provisions in the room were great...except no mugs /cups for hot drinks and no milk but i think this is a dutch thing. Service was fabulous.
