"Good: 1. Distance from the railway station. 2. Free pick-up and drop services from the railway station and Katra helipad. 3.The room service staff were professional and quick. Bad: 1. Hot water issue: The geyser works only for a limited supply of hot water, which is not sufficient for bathing. 2.The reception and restaurant staff were not welcoming. 3. Limited/repetitive food options in the buffet. 4. Frequent electricity disconnections: It happens around 7-8 times a day."

Although the on-site car parking is limited to approximately 10 cars, the staff tries to get you a place on-site as soon as any car leaves. Punjabi food is very good."

"Hotel staff were quite warm and well behaved. Cleanliness of the rooms were pathetic. Linen used in our room had blood stains and other marks. Pillow covers were reused without wash. Rested Water kettle had kept in the room. "

Staff was brilliant specially Mr Swarn Sharma at the front desk, however room was dated, spider web in the bathroom and room decor was rustic - paint peeling off, ripped bed’s head bored. I have had to ask for dusting again as I did not feel comfortable staying in it. "
