"There was a banquet hall below the room which was constantly filled up with guests. Also the music was loud and it was very disturbing. Especially being an international traveller it was extremely inconvenient and we could not rest due to jet lag. Hygiene was another issue here because the bed sheets and pillow were dirty too."

"Absolutely unique property in the heart of old Patiala. The management team, led by Deep Singh, has painstakingly brought this heritage site back to its prior glory. Service was attentive. The property is brand new and the team is working hard to optimize the guest experience. The gym is sufficient. We did not use the spa services. The pool is picturesque. We enjoyed a chef orchestrated meal at the restaurant which was well done. The hotel bar/lounge is a fun and swanky space. Overall...

"I booked this hotel because all the 5 stars in the city were booked. And I checked out from the hotel within 5 hours because the both the bedroom and the bathroom were infested with bugs and cockroaches. I escaped with a few bites on me and I don’t think I wanted more. NOT RECOMMENDED. "
