"The staff was fantastic. It was all very newly renovated and so charming . The location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It did have many steps which may not work for elderly or disabled, however staff carried luggage for us. They were wonderful and I definitely enjoy this place again !"

The room was on the first floor and traffic noise from the street below made the terrace unpleasant. We also were at the far end and there was very little water view. "Hotel has been superbly renovated, and is stylish and comfortable. A good breakfast was also offered. Disappointingly, despite the hotel offering parking, none was available, so on-street parking was the option ( and the paid parking in the street up the hill is cheaper than outside the hotel. Also, there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, and no option to obtain even hot water (we had our own tea, coffee & milk). "
