"The hotel and rooms are very nice, however they are not sound proofed as described. There is a bar on the roof that blasts music that rattles the whole structure especially the elevator shaft. I didn’t expect this at all, and when they finally shut off the music just before 11 everyone spilled into the street and since rooms are not sound proofed I ended up switching rooms to an inner room at around 11:30. "We arrived at 10pm, the third bed wasn’t ready and we had to wait for 45mn for them to install it. Breakfast was terrible and the spa was closed. The hotel doesn’t worth the price, neither it’s stars. It’s more an hotel for business meetings."

"Le séjour avait très mal démarré car j’ai acheté un une suite sur Hotel.com. A notre arrivée ce n’est pas la suite qui nous a été attribuée car ne l’av Pas autorisé à vendre cette chambre au prix où nous l’avons réservé. Après 3h30 d’échanges entre hôtel.com, l’hotel et moi, nous avons fini par intégrer la chambre ( supplément de la chambre prise en charge par Hôtel.com qui était en tord). Le séjour était magnifique. "

" Beautiful property in a quiet countryside location! The service was impeccable. We had dinner at the hotel 2 nights in a row and the cuisine was exquisite. The pool was very enjoyable after spending the day in Piacenza and surrounding towns. We will be back!"
