"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

"Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt aber es gab einige Punkte die nicht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sprechen. Positiv war die nächtliche Hilfe als wir den Schlüssel nicht gefunden haben. Es ist ein schönes Hotel hat aber hier und da Verbesserungspotential. "
