"Location was very good for walking the city. Staff very good , a clean comfortable room with good amenities. We stayed in winter time, late February, and not all of the hotel was open. As the restaurant was closed a limited menu was offered in the bar area. The hotel itself is situated off the polygon shopping centre which in places seems a little run down. We missed the hotel parking which is accessed through the polygon parking. No big issue though. "

"Great services, attached to a shopping Mall and walkable to city center, the staff was very accommodating and very kind, the old town goes through some construction, so it was confusing to get to the hotel, the room was nice and clean "

"Hotel 4 étoiles neuf, très beau, avec parking gratuit et facilités pour véhicules électriques, situé à environ 4km du centre de Montpellier, près du Golf de Massane. Chambres magnifiques, très bien équipées. Restaurant de l'hotel agréable servant des plats simples et bons. Prix en accord avec le standing de l'hotel. Aucune fausse note."

"Efter en väldigt jobbig dags resa, med dålig upplevelse av att få hjälp med bilen som krånglat, kom vi fram till Novotel och blev så trevligt mottagna. En snabb matbit hann vi med, bra bemötande även där.Det gjorde att vår dag slutade bra. Ett stort plus var elladdning precis utanför receptionen, där vi kunde stå hela natten, viktigt för oss med elbil. Vi åkte fulladdat morgon efter en väldigt god frukost. Kommer gärna tillbaka. "
