"The hotel is under renovation on the front part. But it doesn’t affect much experience for me since the room and the hotel lobby are still ok. Got free breakfast with quite complete selection. Will stay again if I go malang. Quite in city Centre and easy to go around from this hotel. Just next to the old malang train station too! "

"Recently staying at this property for 2 nights during Christmas holidays. Never before a hotel asked for money to guarantee room key card but this hotel did. The problem is the reception area isn’t at the same area with the building we were staying so chance we forget about the money are considerably high. First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite.
