"Overall we had a good stay. Food was good, if sometimes a bit unusual. It was the beginning of the season and the hotel was pretty empty. Even so we had to push hard for a room upgrade (being one key premium and there being plenty of rooms available), it was not offered freely. The service was all smiles but not very slick, put this down to it being start of season. Also pool was a bit green, making us not want to go in it, we mentioned this but got a shrug of the shoulders from the manager....

"The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Som Moniroth. The hotel provided a free taxi service into town which was excellent and super convenient to get a Tuk Tuk back. It was very quiet and relaxing. The only downside was there was no spa despite Expedia advertising there was; staff at Expedia were helpful with resolving this. "

"Due to a huge flight delay, we did not arrive until 4:00am. We called the hotel from Korea and notified staff of our very late arrival. They held our rooms and were ready for us when we arrived. We really appreciated their help with all of our luggage! The room was comfortable with AC that worked terrifically. The event overtook the pool area with blaring music and screaming girls for over 5 hours, making it unusable. To make matters worse, we discovered uncleaned feces behind the toilet in our room and rats scurrying around the main pool area.
