"Overall we had a good stay. Food was good, if sometimes a bit unusual. It was the beginning of the season and the hotel was pretty empty. Even so we had to push hard for a room upgrade (being one key premium and there being plenty of rooms available), it was not offered freely. The service was all smiles but not very slick, put this down to it being start of season. Also pool was a bit green, making us not want to go in it, we mentioned this but got a shrug of the shoulders from the manager....

"Absolutely appalling experience! The hotel prioritized an event, booking every room except ours. The event overtook the pool area with blaring music and screaming girls for over 5 hours, making it unusable. To make matters worse, we discovered uncleaned feces behind the toilet in our room and rats scurrying around the main pool area. Despite our complaints to the staff, the noise was unbearable, even on the top floor, drowning out the TV. We were forced to leave the resort and spend hours...

"Due to a huge flight delay, we did not arrive until 4:00am. We called the hotel from Korea and notified staff of our very late arrival. They held our rooms and were ready for us when we arrived. We really appreciated their help with all of our luggage! The room was comfortable with AC that worked terrifically.
