"I stayed here as a I had a stop over flight and had arrived 4am and left at mid day next day. The airport transfer was good, it does cost 5-10€ but it arrived on time and the driver was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was helpful and even offered free water on way out as I didn't have a water bottle in room. Wouldn't mind staying as a stop over but wouldn't recommend if you are in Milan for tourism, it's bit too far."

"The Hotel is lovely and so close to malpensa airport which the hotel provides a shuttle too at a small cost. Only downside is it is not close to the centre of Milan and it takes a 45 minute train from malpensa airport to the centre. But that didn’t spoil the stay. Another thing is the room I found on Expedia didn’t look anything like the room we was given. The room was clean and nice so didn’t complain but was much smaller than expected. Staff were all very helpful and would stay again! "

"Nice stay. Airport hotel but be aware it is a taxi ride from the airport (€30 each way for us). Very nice quality hotel, lovely staff, didn't have breakfast as got up early but it looked lovely!"

"From unique perfect parking to excellent room and bathroom…all extremely well designed and functional. Great simple precise architecture outside and in. A warmer initial reception arrangement would greatly enhance appeal, though it was super efficient. "

"The hotel is in a brilliant location for Stressa itself and for the boats to the Islands. The hotels interior is very Palatial, we expected it to be some what Palatial it was vastly more than we expected. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was lovely."

"Hotel is in a nice location, and room is well appointed and clean. However, beside the hotel is a building field with a huge garbage dumping cart, so the side lake view for superior room is mostly ruined; a lot of group tourists during our stay, hence a bit crowded in public areas."

"Check in and staff (cleaning and breakfast) were professional l. Excellent breakfast. Distinctly above average. The view of the lake was outstanding. The hotel is run down though. It has a 70s/80s vibe. Shame the owners haven't considered investing in a face lift. "
