"We enjoyed our stay and found every aspect of the hotel to match the photos and descriptions. All staff members we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the location of the hotel was outstanding, and the entire experience was an excellent value. "

"Such a beautiful property, big rooms, exceptionally clean, excellent staff service and always ready to help. The manager was just absolutely amazing and very understanding. The highlight for me was the gym. Loved it ! My children loved the swimming pools, the architecture of the building and it's history. The only thing that was a small issue was that there is no public transport and expensive to get taxis to main city. Hence i would recommend one hires a car or drives their own. Nevertheless...

"Booked at this hotel mainly for the spa facilities. The water in the indoor pool and the jacuzzi could be warmer. Parking can be tight. The road to get there is quite narrow. "

"The hotel is old style it must of been beautiful when it was new the amenities are ok but not great, the thermal is down the street and a new spa across the river. Roads are narrow and very windy, parking at the hotel are to small and hard to figure out where to drive in at. Rooms were large but not well arranged like I said old style"
