"I booked suite with balcony, one king size and a twin size bed, they gave me a simple king room. After insisting I got a king bed and 2 twins in one room, king being in the same room in the loft, so not the suite I was expecting. No balcony. I’m not sure they actually had the room I booked… Breakfast was included but breakfast buffet was nearly empty at 915am despite the hotel being mostly empty. "The hotel respected all my expectation. The internal structure in wood gives you a sensation of heat and makes you feel good. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is rich and with good varieties, the staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant is good with excellent dishes. We also went to sauna which although is small is good. Since I skied, I had a private shuttles service from the hotel to the cable way. I hope to come back!"
