"From the outside the dining area looks clean but my room was dirty with spiderwebs. I had mentioned the water tank was empty but nothing was done to replace the jug. The room wasn’t cleaned when i mentioned to owner he said only upon request. I had requested 1hr late checkout due to my ride will arrive at 11am but he said no I had to checkout at 10am because a group was coming in , he then cut off power and wifi at 8a I couldn’t take a shower and the heat was unbearable trying to pack with no AC...

"あるはずのプールはなかった。庭園というのはただの森の中のこと。あるはずの部屋の中のボトルウォーターはなかった。部屋のコンセントはあるにはあるが、はじめは使えない状態にしてあった。旅行代理店に部屋代は支払い済みと言っても、理由をつけて現金で部屋代を請求してきたので支払った。かつチェックアウト時、本来費用に含まれているはずの冷房費を後付けで別に請求されたので支払った。（＋1000Rs.）こういうことは最初に行っておくべきではなかったのか。あとでホテルのネットの説明を見たら設備に「冷房」がついていて元々の額だったのに、やはりこの請求はどう考えてもおかしい。部屋の費用の領収証は、こちらから何度か請求してようやく渡してきた。"

"When I arrived I was told the hotel was closed. I took pictures to prove I was there as I had already paid through Expedia. I then had a ‘neighbour’ show up to ‘offer’ alternate accommodation at a very much more cost! The hotel is on a back street and when confronted with having to find an option on the day when I was hoping to visit the palace I conceded to the higher price. This was classic ‘bait & switch! Do not ever book this hotel!!!!"

"Very disappointed, the hotel looked lovely in the photos but reality was a different story. With the exception of one waiter none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. The pool was filthy and the water was green. The room was shabby and in desperate need of a refurb, broken bathroom fixtures, hole in sheet, dirty curtains, broken tie-backs. Bar area was okay but at breakfast our table was covered in flies. Avoid this place at all costs "
