"We booked 3 rooms with air-conditioning during heatwave for multiple days. Upon arrival there was no airco. They offered us to book elsewhere at 9pm. No properties within driving distance w airco. "We spent five nights in this unique hotel with a fascinating history. It is set by the River Lahn in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there. Highly recommended!"

Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam trots begränsad kommunikationsförmåga då vi inte pratar tyska och deras engelska var begränsad. Bra parkering och möjligt att ladda elbil.
