"My daughter and I had a very comfortable, clean room. The hotel had a gym which was especially important to my daughter since she works out regularly. Friendly staff and the breakfast menu was "out of sight". So many selections and a juicer with fresh fruit to make your own drink. And their other meal options were good as well. (Especially important to me because my daughter is a vegetarian and gluten intolerant). We stayed there on our arrival into Germany and our departure. Finally...

"Completely convenient if you're waiting out a long layover. You can ealk here with never leaving the airport. The front desk help were super- they told me about a festival happenign downtown, nd how to get there by train. There's a Rossman's grocerybstore one level down. "

"Great location. Being so close to the train station makes it very convenient for business, or just for exploring Germany. The only issue with this hotel is communication. They do not read their messages, neither they answer the phone in the reception. This has always been an issue with this hotel."

"Check-in took a while as there was apparentice trying her best to accomodate our request which I greatly appreciate. Rooms are a bit small, but does not cause any inconvenience. Location is optimal; skyline plaza takes 4 mins walking, and there are other dining options near by. Having a bath tub is always great, though you might have to compromise high floors for it. Overall, had great 2-nights stay. "

"The Ruby Louise is a boutique design hotel with nice sized rooms, comfy beds and a 24 hour bar which also serves as a check in area. There is a wonderful outdoor terrace as well which looks like it would be greatly enjoyed in warmer weather. It's very centrally located right behind the Madison Avenue of Frankfurt and a short walk to the more reasonably priced shopping streets and historic center with all its classic cafes and heritage buildings. Highly recommend!"

"Enjoyed our stay! Quick check-in and room was clean, bed was comfortable. Opted for the buffet breakfast and enjoyed our meals. Spent time in the pool and sauna after a long day of sightseeing. That was lovely. Hotel is walking distance to shopping, and main attractions. We walked to the farmers market at the main square. Restaurants and cafes near by. Easy transit or Uber to other attractions. We enjoyed our time in Frankfurt! We would stay here again! "
