"Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der check-in unkompliziert. Das Frühstück kann man von einer Karte auswählen und es wird frisch zubereitet. Die Temperatur draussen war winterlich-kalt, aber in meinem Zimmer war es kuschelig warm. Mir hat auch der Wasserdruck in der Dusche gefallen, war angenehm zu duschen. "Rubbish pillows, gave my hair a bad smell, one pillowcase yellow dirt, cheap quality beddings, entire room, even clean, had a persistent cigarette smoke smell. even with opened window I've barely been able to breathe. "The description of the hotel included "Indoor pool", "balcony or tarrace" in every room, "raindrop shower-head" and free internet. We were presented a room without windows (only ceiling windows covered with snow). The "indoor pool" turned out to be a jacuzi without any water (!). They told us that we had to inform them 12h in advance if we wanted to use the jacuzi. This is ridiculous as no information about that was presented in advance to us.
