"Lovrly hotel, rooms are a little dated but really clean. The ourside areas are looked after really well. Lovely Christmas decorations around so felt festive. The pools in each area made sure it was never too busy and there were plenty of sunbeds. The adult pool was a bonus and the regular pool is a great size. Less than 20 min walk to the beach there is a free shuttle bus twice a day and a supermarket just where the bus stopsped. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is in a great location next to the promenade, great for walking, running and cycling etc. Not so good though if you want to be in the thick of the action. We had a standard that iwas spacious and clean if perhaps a little dated (no complaints from us though for the price we paid). The food is typical All Inclusve but we liked having a choice for lunch. "Great resort, been a couple of times now and would continue to come back. Great facilities for sporty/active people and similarly for relaxing. Great selection of food, rooms are clean and modern, and the staff are great, plus great value for money. Would highly recommend!"

"A short but pleasant stay. I booked the Royal level but was a bit disappointed my room was not in the Royal section but the main block. The lifts were noisy. The staff were friendly, the food decent and overall it was good value for money. "

"I loved everything about the whole complex. The food was excellent with a wide range of choices. The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful. My room was perfect in every way and the complex itself was always spotlessly clean and the pools were at a lovely temperature. Also very handy for the local shops, bars and the beach which were all just a 2 minute walk away. Will definitely be booking to stay here again in the near future 😉😉"

Second stay here after having a club room with not a great view floor 0 and 1 I probably wouldn’t have an upgrade again I’d stick with a standard room, the benefits weren’t worth the extra money. "The hotel is very grand with old-fashioned furniture which is a little faded, but I quite liked it. Plenty of facilities, although the Spa is extra and I didn't opt for it. Breakfast was inclusive, and excellent with an extensive buffet selection. So much to eat that I didn't bother having lunches during my stay! "

"We enjoyed our stay at Sandos. The location worked well for us as it was right at the edge of Playa Blanca, and so was very quiet. There was a good range of food, however there were limited main course choices for vegetarians. Some of the food could have been warmer. "

"Hotel was good value for money - but no way is it a 4 star hotel - 3 maybe. Room was good - despite being close to the main restaurant/entertainment venue it had good sound proofing and was not disturbed. Wifi was OK - aircon was ok - but did not extend to bedroom - room safe worked - bathroom clean and OK Breakfast was pretty poor. Given that the hotel was half the price of others in the area then it was good value for money - as a place to sleep but nothing more"
