"An absolutely fantastic, family-run hotel where we were made to feel very welcome and looked after. Superb restaurant (we ate there every night) with local dishes and ingredients and hearty but healthy breakfasts. The pool, sauna and spa were just wonderful and the mountain scenery made the whole experience feel like a complete rest cure. Can’t recommend highly enough. The only tiny niggle would be that we would have appreciated air conditioning but it wasn’t a huge issue. "

"These apartments are in an amazing, beautiful area with awesome scenery surrounding it. The woman who runs the facility is very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. She loves her job and is an expert at her duties and the business is lucky to have her taking care of the units. My favorite part was walking each night about an eighth of a mile to a wonderful restaurant for dinner, the only close place nearby. :-) And, it's close to public transportation which I was relying on"

"The hotel was beautiful and in an incredible setting. The food was lovely, both for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were to a high standard as were the facilities. All I can say that I had an issue with was that there’s no air conditioning as well as no fans offered. Which meant that we did not sleep well because of the excessive heat, even with the balcony door open. I asked in regards to using a fan, but they said they didn’t have any. "Kristall is an amazing hotel with a gorgeous view. When we arrived at 2pm we were told they would have an afternoon snack available from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. The snack was delicious with the hot snack being cheese gnocchi. After that we went and enjoyed the spa area. The pool was a perfect temperature and the hot tub was nice. They had two different saunas, a Turkish bath (steam room), and then a cool down room. The bed was very comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed...
