"Excellent stay with my husband and another couple. Very well located to lots of the main parts of the city. Staff were ALL extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside for us was that the air conditioning didn’t kick in until May. The temperature when we were there went up to 28 degrees one day, but probably averaged about 23 degrees so the heat in the room at night was uncomfortable for my husband (I sleep through anything!). "Would recommend the Saratoga. Our balcony caught the morning sun. Was in walking distance of good restaurants, bars, shops, marina and Cathedral. Enjoyed having drinks in the sun on rooftop bar taking in the amazing view. Staff very helpful. "

"I rarely take the time to write reviews but I must say that the stay at the Grupotel Playa del Palma was simply exceptional. The grounds, facilities, and food were amazing. The breakfest buffet was the best I've ever had (and I've experienced plenty). The dinner buffet was equally impressive and a relative bargain. The pool and spa also very nice. We choose Mallorca for the hiking - which was also amazing. Wonderful resort; wonderful island!!"

"A recently fully refurbished hotel with great views to sea. A good base to explore this beautiful mountainous coastal area. Fairly remote though Valldemossa and Deja just a short drive away. Very large rooms with a balcony. Great breakfast. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Joan Mero hotel. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The hotel staff were exceptional in their thoughtfulness and courtesy…(Mira especially!) We had a wonderful room with a large, beautiful terrace, looking out over the ocean… It was so lovely and really made our hotel time here, one of the highlights of our trip to Mallorca. If we have the opportunity to come back and stay here, we most definitely will!"
