"The Hotel is centrally located & the views from the roof are amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly despite me not being able to speak Italian. "We arrived for check in a bit on the early side, and there was someone there to get us into a parking spot. The staff overall were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We loved the balcony and beautifully tiled bathroom with a deep bath tub. "All facilities were closed at the hotel and areas around the hotel were full of broken bricks. The fountain was not working and completely in disarray. Breakfast was really poor. No tea/coffee facility and we had to ask for food to be brought out. This is definitely not a four star hotel.
