"We booked 8 nights here. The hotel is well maintained and the pool area is pristine. The room has ample space compared to other hotels. The Wi-Fi and English speaking television shows and movies are a bonus. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and it has a wide variety of food to choose from. The omelettes are the best… made with fresh eggs. Most of all, the staff is a “top-notch” team who deserves recognition for their professionalism and attentiveness to details. We were amazed at how hard they work together to accommodate the guests. They always provided service with such wonderful smiles and a bit of humor! The desk staff (Ruby and Henry) really shine when it comes to providing recommendations, making reservations, arranging transportation, purchasing show tickets or tours, and tracking laundry services. We are now in Da Nang, and truly miss the Gemside River Resort, especially the staff. If we go back to Hoi An, we would not hesitate to book here again. Thumbs Up and hope to see you all soon. "

"This property is so nice. The staff was extremely helpful. I don’t usually mention names, but it is very hard to forget Yummy, Lily, and Linda. They checked on us throughout our stay and they were very helpful in every aspect. The breakfast was good. The omelettes were cooked to order. I would like to mention the their spa provided the best foot massage that I have ever had in SE Asia. The room was always cleaned thoroughly. We were not able to experience the pool because it was rainy and cold, but it was really beautiful. This team or staff made our holiday season very relaxing."
