"We were 5 in our group looking for inexpensive option to relax while waiting for 12:01 am flight to Manila after Ha Long bay cruise which ended noon time. Booked 2 clean family rooms which cost us $90. Couldn't been happier as we were able to rest and shoot pool and shower before our very early flight. Too cold to use the pool at roof top in late March but very nice view of airport tarmac from rooftop. Cost us $23 to hire a 16 seater van to take us to HAN. Highly recommended this place for...

"We stayed one night before flight the next morning. The staff were really wonderful. We had to leave at an awfully early hour 5am and out of their usual reception staff hours. They didn't complain or say anything about it of course and had a staff member there waiting for us downstairs to checkout. Poor guy haha. Our room was tidy and clean. "Excellent hotel to use as a quick stop gap when a flight home at an odd hour. $50 for the night to relax and have a shower before a 1am flight. No shopping and limited dining, so just ate at the airport instead. Only a 3 minute drive to departures and the hotel has a private car that they drive you over in for 80,000 VND. "

"連泊して、シャワーがよくなかったので、部屋をバスタブ付きにアップグレードしたのだが、風呂に栓がない。湯がシャワーから出ない。バスマットもない。 部屋にゴミ箱がない。トイレに一個だけ。 この内容で何のためにアップグレードをしたのかわからない。 結局風呂は、使えなかった。 変えた部屋も、シャワーの水圧がほぼない。チョロチョロ出てるだけ。 これでスター付きはありえない。 朝食も最悪。 ジュースは普通のアップルオレンジとかがなく、スイカと変なお茶のみ。 明らかにガラガラの会場に、冷え切った目玉焼きの量。せめてもと、別の焼き方で頼んだが、これを食えと。。もはや意味不明。 他のホテルに泊まるなり、実際に部屋に泊まるなりしたほうがよいのではないか。と感じるくらいクオリティが低い。"
