I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. More like an apartment than a bedroom with kitchen and dining table. Nothing to allow you to have a hot drink such as milk or tea/coffee even though there is a fridge and kettle. I arrived at the hotel prior to the stated check-in time, however was surprised to find that there was no receptionist and the hotel was completely closed. Calling the phone number on the door didn't resolve anything as it went to a voicemail box.
