"We really enjoyed our stay here. We were happy with the staff, the hotel the food and the room. Our only complaint is that there weren't any plugs on either side of the bed. My husband sleeps with a cpap machine and has to have electrical outlets to operate his machine"

At checkout, I was harassed, made to feel like a criminal, and made to pay extra because I did not inform them in the middle of the night that I had a guest in my room. I’m not a child, and they are not my parents, and I’m entitled to my privacy. Also, videos and photos of the beautiful surroundings were interrupted early in the morning by construction on-site."

"Our flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the incredible terrain.The following morning Alessia organised a taxi for us to get to Brescia with no issues at all and she was extremely helpful and nice ! "Very nice hotel but had issues with AC. It was over 83 degrees in our room at 10 pm and we finally had to demand a new room. Staff was great though. Not much to see at Iseo but it was peaceful and property was beautiful. "

"The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. The location is at walking distance from the town city center. The restaurant is very nice and at a fair price. Be sure to book a table close to the window. SPA is small but nice. Parking is super comfortable."
