"We were initially uncertain about booking here due to some negative online comments; however, very happy we did! it would be difficult to pristinely maintain the property as it is historic and quite large, so if you’re looking for something with every modern amenity, this is not the stay for you. However, the property is a gorgeous setting and the buildings are quaint and charming. Our room was very spacious - a bit of noise transfer through the bathroom. Pool area is beautiful! "I'm seriously impressed by how beautiful this hotel was. Rustic, beautiful tiles and floors, doors, gorgeous gardens and pool, all built into the side of a mountain with a stream running by as a view for breakfast. The room was also spacious and clean. The bathtub also apparently doubled as a jacuzzi though I didn't partake. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good. Air on included. Parking included. Rooms were quiet despite property being near a road. "

"I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I arrived early and just expected to drop my bags, but they checked me in early and got me to the room. It was spacious, very much in style of the historic area, yet had lots of outlets for easy computer use and phone charging. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect--easy to get to from the train station and then to explore Arezzo and their wonderful museums and churches. A lovely time, and I will definitely stay here again when staying in...
