Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. The only dinner option was their restaurant which was a bit expensive but otherwise a great experience."

"We were initially uncertain about booking here due to some negative online comments; however, very happy we did! it would be difficult to pristinely maintain the property as it is historic and quite large, so if you’re looking for something with every modern amenity, this is not the stay for you. "The front desk staff were wonderful. Our room was very spacious. I would suggest adding a full length mirror or at least a non-antique mirror outside of the bathroom. The morning breakfast was really well prepared and staff was always very friendly. The evening dinner at the property’s restaurant was where we had the problem. We were the second guests to arrive and were the last of the evening to be served. Items we ordered never arrived but we were charged for. It was a terrible experience. The...

"This property is in middle of Radda Chianti region, beautiful & mysterious. We loved the landscape around and since we had a car rental were able to visit the San Gimignano & Siena . We eish that we could have stay one more night an enjoy more of this beautiful nature. The propyby itself was beautifully decorated and I loved the vintage feel of that, breakfast was awesome and also we enjoyed one night of spa and relaxing there and one session of message . Very nice and kind spa staff."
