"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"

"Mein Eckzimmer im ersten Stock war absolut leise. Ich habe nur minimal etwas von außen gehört und die Zimmernachbarn gar nicht. Auch für die Nacht die Lüftung auf niedrige Temperaturen einzustellen ging, was nicht so oft in anderen Hotels möglich ist. Von daher war ich voll zufrieden."

The single use double bed room was a bit overpriced, for that there was winter holiday, no service except reception, no kitchen, except a served breakfast. For such limited offerings it shouldn't be more cost than 60-70 EUR. The hotel charged 90+ with 18 EUR breakfast option."

"My stay was really nice, the check in reception staff member was friendly nice and professional. My requests was answered quickly. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious, so a little more varity can help it to become from good to great. The only inconvenience is I would say the area of the hotel is a little far from public transport aproximatly 15 min walk.
