"The hotel is set back from the busy highway so heard no traffic noise at all. Just over a 5 minute walk to the Highett station which has great train service to the city in just over 30 minutes. Woolworths and good local shops opposite the station. 15 minute walk to the Southland mall which has all the shops you could wish for. Room was a good size, stayed 5 nights and slept well throughout. "

"Generally everything was great. As expected. Love this place and stay here everytime I am in Melbourne visiiting. Suggest you look into the cushion covers as they are definitely due for a good wash."

"Great place to stay, just enough distance from Frankston central but walkable distance. 3rd floor apartments might not be suitable who find walking up stairs but great view for others. Sophie at reception was wonderful as well, cheerful and professional "
