"I cannot say enough about the fabulous staff at this hotel. The front desk people were so kind and helpful. Great location. My only complaint was that our room was hot last night; we had to keep the window open a crack and were awakened constantly by the late night crowd. Otherwise I can’t recommend enough. "

"This place was booked by chance and I had no regrets...I love the breakfast also...very interesting choice... colourful and awesome!! Staff especially Tien could not have been more friendly and helpful. Room could use a mini-fridge ( they gave us a filled ice bucket and offered use of hotel fridge) but otherwise totally recommend! And delicious breakfast!"

"Communication wasnt good. Told breakfast went til noon. Not true. Time changed multiple times during our stay. Told if we didnt have room cleaned we got two "drink" vouchers for bar. Not true. Just beer or soda. Were told this after 6 drinks. Told bar was open til midnight every day. Not true. Came back to hotel for a drink and bar was closed at 7pm. Not a big issue, but just tell guests what the deal is. Staff was awesome! Very noisy hotel in am. Cant sleep much past 730am."

"Staff were so friendly and kind at check-in. We stayed in a triple family room which was an excellent standard, and the bathroom was great too - loved the rain shower! Exceptional cleanliness and facilities. Perfect location for exploring the Miarabell Palace and Gardens, Mozart's birthplace and the old town, and 10 mins walk from the station/bus station. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return in a heartbeat! "
