"We stayed one night. The bed was uncomfortable. Felt like an old mattress. Pillows were flat and hard. Thus a poor nights sleep. We were thankful the window opens for fresh air. The bathtub/shower combination is poor. The removable shower head is too low for the average person so either manually hold it or crouch down under it. "Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries...
