Rooms are okay, but bathroom need repairs, refurbish, it smells. At check in, they charged me full of my entire stay, instead of Blocking the amount on card. This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking."

"the room ac centrally controlled was switched off at midnight around 3 am by the hotel. it was suffocating in the room. when enquired from the Manager and staff - all gave one reply that, they put ac on rest mode so that it may cool later on . it is dangerous if the fresh air is stopped to room and required cooling is not there. it was very uncomfortable and suffocating. i would not recommend this hotel at all to any one . "

Driver is fast and efficient when dropping you off to places, but he’s your only option as Taxi/Uber are not allowed to drive down Pall Mall after 8pm, unless you have a private driver or chaffeur from another establishment. Great facilities. Would recommend for slightly experienced travellers."
