"Are Croatians all incredibly tall? This might explain why the closet rods are so high that anyone under 5’8” requires a chair or stool to reach the clothes hangars! And what is it about a lack of towel rods or hangars? This hotel is hip, in a convenient location but needs some common sense tweaks. "

The room was located in a very convenient spot in the center of the old town, which made everything very accessible, from restaurants and grocery stores to sight seeing and historical moments. The staff was very helpful and worked to meet our needs. Everyone working at the restaurant was extremely kind and spoke fluent English, making it perfect for international visitors. "Villa Karla, while somewhat out of town location-wise, is a very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. It is well looked after and stocked adequately for a short stay. The self-service check-in is easy to follow and correspondence with the check-in staff is easy. "

I asked to separate the bed to 2 twin beds 3 days before arrival and person on the phone advised he made a note in the reservation. When we arrived it was not done but we were asked to do it. "Had the best time this accommodation was gorgeous, so clean and the service was second to non. We were in an economy room apparently but we overlooked the pool and the finish in the room was exceptional. Breakfast although not included in.price was lovely and the price of the drinks and mini bar were extremely reasonable.
