"Location is great, just 1 minute to the Gondola station, ski rental shop and supermarket. Quite surprised there is No fridge, no kettle, no cups/ glasses in the room. But they gave us 2 kid kits with slippers and toiletries, super nice in this area. Breakfast is excellent!!! Full of food selection. However, the hotel group restaurants are not really good in food choice and needs reservation ( it’s better to book a table otherwise needs to wait) All the staff were very helpful and friendly...

"The location of the hotel is excellent with a very convenient ski equipments lock room, just a few mins walking from the ski lifts. We took the half board, finally it ended up a very good decision, the breakfast and buffet dinner were very tasty and delicious with a lot of choices and everyday the menu were different. The only downside was the room was a bit small without any view, and in the bathroom there was no ventilator, the room could get quite humid after a shower. There was no parking...

The service is the Village bar was very slow. Left some items behind in the room. They were not handed in. "The hotel was very pleasant with very good quality rooms and reasonably priced. There was a bath/shower in the rooms with comfy beds. The food was excellent (especially the evening meals) if you're a meat eater, with limited/moderate option choices if your diet is limited to vegetarian/non-meat eating. The hotel is extremely close to the ski slopes with only a 5 minute walk to/from the hotel ski locker. There are individual lockers allocated to your rooms, however there are no ski boot drying...

"The hotel is located about 50 or so meters from the nearest lifts. It really couldn’t be more convenient. The staff we extremely helpful. The car park the hotel recommends is a multi storey on the edge of town but a member of staff travelled up with me following him and then he gave me a lift back - and even helped with buying the correct (and best value) parking ticket. The room was warm and had radiators that were easy to contraplano rather than those electric heaters found in many ski hotels...
