"The staff are kind and helpful, the hotel is lovely and comfortable. The saunas, pools and hot tubs are clean and inviting. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety including vegan options. It’s a very nice 22 minute walk along the sea to the old town where there are cute shops and restaurants, especially Merisalo. Skip the expensive trolley to town and walk! "

"The hotel was hosting many families with small children when we visited and managed to provide prompt, attentive service despite the number of guests. The location was perfect for accessing the river walk and excellent restaurants. "

"I am on crutches and there was no attempt to organise accessible room or indicate where I could park. Bed was not comfortable and apartment was stuffy with all windows open. There was no fan or air conditioning. Kitchen amenities were great. Lots of activities to amuse children."
