"When the receptionist call you in your room, a few hours after arrival, asking if everything was ok with our room, you can’t complain about the service. Everything else was on the same level: bar, lounge and restaurant. Staff was very friendly and food was very good. The staff in this hotel knows what hospitality means!"

"Lovely stay at Quy Mill. Really nice hotel. Loved the spa which was included, you just had to pay for treatments. Rooms were nice. We went with a standard double which was fine. Everything was clean but the shower could have done with a deep clean. Surprised that housekeeping came in when we were out even though we were only there for 2 nights. Food at the hotel was amazing. We ate at the Waterwheel restaurant, bar, and had breakfast and all were outstanding. Service was good when eating...

"My stay here was fantastic. It exceeded my expectations is pretty much every way, including luggage being taken up to my room so it was waiting for me when I was ready to check in. Breakfast was great and the wait wasnt very long at all for the meals being freshly cooked. The only downside was that the bed was hard as a rock, and i prefer a softer bed. I would recommend this hotel! "
