"Overall, the property is beautiful. The architecture and decor is lovely and I presume authentic to Morocco. The food was fine (really enjoyed the tagine). There needs to be some repair and maintenance done but for what we paid, I have no complaints. The owner was accommodating when we asked to switch rooms. He moved us to a bigger, better room. As it was my birthday, Karim (the concierge) arranged with his boss to decorate the room and supplied a cake too. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are the best aspect of our stay here! Attentive, friendly, accommodating and deserve 5* and more. If you are travelling here, it would be advisable to use your own transport or budget for taxis in and out of the area. It is quite isolated."

"This is actually a really great hotel. It's far enough out of the centre to have reasonable air quality (a major problem in central areas of Marrakesh), although this means you need a car/taxi to get into town. Lovely, tranquil landscaped setting. The pool was warm enough for a pleasant swim at the start of December. Food in the restaurant is really good. Good breakfast, too. Pleasant, friendly staff. A good choice for Marrakesh!"

"Gorgeous, relaxing stay at Kesali. The staff were super, very chilled atmosphere and breakfast was delicious. Room was really spacious and bed super comfy. Only slight negative is we could hear people in the room above when they were walking around (in what sounded like Dutch clogs!). Definitely have a massage - it was fantastic! "
