"While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. The front desk agent was not sympathetic and did not understand how ridiculous the policy is. I’m surprised other guests did not mention...

"This is a very nice hotel. Check-in was simple; we could choose online or in person at the 24hr reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. We appreciated the fridge and coffee machine. The highlight was the exceptional breakfast, which we enjoyed every morning. "Hotel stay was great with comfortable beds, heated bathroom floors, nice decor and service. The breakfast was great and a large variety of options to choose from. My only recommendation for those considering staying here is to make sure and park in the P1 parking lot - you cannot park or drive in the city. From P1 it’s a short 3-5 walk. You will need to walk with your luggage. We did not know that in advance. But would highly recommend as a place to stay in this charming city."

"We and our three children loved the house! The yard is huge, the fire place is super easy to use and makes the home so cozy! There was plenty of space and it was very clean! The House keeper was amazing and gave us hiking advice and other useful information. Our kids dug into playing games and reading and we were all able to enjoy cooking and meals there as well! It was a great starting point to get to Cesky Krumlov and the "Dreisessel" hike! We want to return now that we see how close it is to...
