"What a great place. The people were super helpful and friendly. They helped me park and offered to help me with my luggage as my arm was in a cast. The location was perfect!!! If you’re staying in Limburg you MUST stay here. It was just perfect!!"

"Schönes, sauerbes Zimmer. Schönes Hotel und nettes Personal. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell in Koblenz. Die Saunalandschaft ist toll, hat genug Angebot und sieht ebenfalls sehr gepflegt aus. Preise sind dafür auch in Ordnung. Würde wieder hier buchen."

"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. Got one. Had to ask for a second. Had to ask for coffee again. Had to ask for knives (which were not available anywhere). After 20 min...

"We booked a last minute overnight stay 2 hours before arriving . From arriving at the hotel to be met by luts the standard never dropped ! "We booked 3 rooms with air-conditioning during heatwave for multiple days. Upon arrival there was no airco. They offered us to book elsewhere at 9pm. No properties within driving distance w airco. Shower did not drain. Would not recommend. Expedia needs to be more accurate with hotel details so others don't have a similar experience."

"We spent five nights in this unique hotel with a fascinating history. It is set by the River Lahn in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there. Highly recommended!"

"Wonderful short stay for our family of four. We had the Family Room and it was large by European standards. The family who own and operate the hotel were friendly and always willing to help. The playground area was a wonderful surprise too. Very pleased!"
