There was a mysterious door in the room that led to a balcony guests could not access and the bathroom had not been cleaned after someone had used the toilet. This is not the safe 4 star hotel I was expecting. "

This was Room 205. The last time I stayed ant BON hotel I didn’t have this issue. However , everything else was great and felt like home. "

"This is one of the best hotels in Abuja. I love their staff; they are welcoming and friendly. Lovely gym, serene environment, nice buffet, etc. I didn't enjoy the internet. It was crappy and I had to use mine throughout my stay. Complimentaries like toothbrush should be kept in rooms for travelers who didn't come with theirs. "

" I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again."
