"Excellent in every way. Very clean, modern & comfortable rooms. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel is next to the bus station & tram station & a great location for San Mames football stadium. We were in the city for the Europa League game. A lovely city with lovely people & very inexpensive. It was tight, very tight and nerve wracking and I'm an excellent driver. I survived the garage shaking but without a scratch. Otherwise the hotel is conveniently located, although I only stayed one night and made the mistake of not checking the Guggenheim hours - closed on the day I were planned to go (Monday), I knew this but forgot - probably...
