"Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. Honestly, even some other Spaniards were frustrated with the virtual reception system, a few even waited hours to get into the lobby itself. Yes, the rooms are fair for the price and the bathrooms are lovely, but the customer service is so awful that it didn't feel...

"Words can't describe how much I loved Can Farres. All of the staff was absolutely amazing, especially both Carola and Karine. I stayed there for only a couple of nights with 2 friends and we wish that we could have stayed longer. It was easily our favorite place that we stayed in.
