"Two main problematic points: 1. Very low water pressure all day in the bathroom, until a weak trickle in the morning and overtime. 2. There is no telephone in the rooms, therefore it is not possible to contact the reception."

Så vores lille datter på 2 år, sov på gulvet på en hynde vi havde taget i receptionen, da de ikke vil tilbyde hjælp. Vi kom kl 23, og der var ingen opredning til børnene. Det fik vi så dag 2. "Quiet and clean. Recommend the rooms with a balcony. Parking costs extra and did not seem to be always available although we were able to secure a spot. "

"The property was dirty. I changed 3 rooms and they were all dirty. The staff didn't offer air conditioner rooms, the refrigerator was not working. The staff was not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel. Coming back after 20 years from the US to visit I felt like I was in the Ceausescu era."

"Clearly management made a bad decision, trying to blame the poor maintenance on COVID-19. I considered the lies for only 1 night (had 5 booked) and quickly moved my family to the competition just up the coast. Bran-Brad-Bega should be labeled a 2-star hotel at best. Everything about it reminded me of trips to Romania in the early 90s. Sad situations were then blamed on fallout from the revolution; now some Romanians are trying to leverage COVID-19 to mask their incompetence!"
